Welcome to Chaiya Art Awards

The Chaiya Art Awards were set up by a small arts charity and ran for a total of 7 years, promoting art, illuminating spirituality with a top prize of £10,000.

We had the privilege of hosting 4 awards (1 online during Covid) and 3 in person exhibitions at the OXO gallery in London, with the last, hugely extended Winners’ Exhibition in 2023.  In our final Winners’ exhibition we showcased 100+ artists in 14 themed rooms, at gallery@oxo and the extensive Bargehouse gallery on the Southbank.

In this current climate, many charities and arts organisations have found it increasingly difficult to raise the necessary financing and volunteer help required and it is with regret that we have decided to close the awards at this time.  If you are interested in partnering with Chaiya Art Awards in the future please contact us.

“To win the 1st prize with my painting “Observer of Dreams” feels incredible.  The whole experience of being part of the Chaiya Awards Exhibition has given me such encouragement and a spiritual lift, I am back in the studio with renewed vigour.”
